COMPLETION OF YET ANOTHER PHASE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TANAP

Significant progress has been made regarding the construction works for Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP) Project, which has been designed to transport natural gas from Azerbaijan’s Shah Deniz-II Field in the Caspian Sea and other fields in the south of the Caspian Sea and was launched with a historic foundation-laying ceremony on March 17, 2015.

As the production of 12-meter / 10-ton steel pipes and their transportation to construction sites continues, “stringing” works for pipes already dispatched to pipe storing areas continue simultaneously through the route building works in the 56-inch section of the 1,850-km-long pipeline.
